Wait for Redux rehydration before hiding splash

Summary

• keep the branded overlay mounted while Redux Persist rehydrates
• start the overlay exit animation only after PersistGate calls onBeforeLift
• move the app shell under Redux Provider so the persisted theme controls splash and root backgrounds
• safely contain native splash dismissal failures
• add SplashOverlay lifecycle and theme regression coverage
• include App.tsx in TypeScript checks
