Carries the iPhone and iPad portion of #3 onto the released QK4 Mobile v1.0.5 baseline. The branch includes the iOS Qt build, OpenSSL TLS-PSK transport, Core Audio session, iOS resources, HaliKey MIDI support, secure QRZ credential storage through Keychain, and the current phone/tablet orientation policy.

The port includes the v1.0.5 FT8/FT4 operating workspace, shared logbook, digital TX calibration and protection, macro state refresh, and accepted rendering corrections.

Validation required:

  • Build and sign on macOS with the supported Qt iOS toolchain.
  • Repeat live-K4 testing on iPhone and iPad, including RX/TX audio, FT8/FT4, SSTV, logging, TLS-PSK, MIDI, rotation, and background/foreground behavior.

This contribution is authored by Fred Klassen and carried forward from his work in #3. @tcpreplay-dev, please continue the iPhone and iPad work here. Once you are satisfied with the physical-device testing results, we encourage you to proceed with submitting the iOS apps to the Apple App Store.

Adapt the iPhone and iPad build, OpenSSL TLS-PSK transport, AVAudioSession setup, touch UI, HaliKey MIDI path, resources, and vendored iOS dependencies from QK4-Android PR #3 onto the v1.0.5 shared baseline.

Preserve guarded FT8/SSTV transmission and macro state refresh, add iOS Keychain storage for QRZ credentials, and implement the current per-screen orientation policy.

Found one simple issue. Long press doesn't work on buttons. Here's what I did to test and fix on my iPad.
