Add Review Pending to Comments v2

Description

Pending comments can now be moderated in one pass without returning to the list after each action.

Tap Review in the Pending tab to review the comments already loaded. Approve, Spam, and Trash advance after server confirmation. Skip leaves the comment pending. Comments handled elsewhere are bypassed, and the completion screen shows moderated and skipped counts.

Testing instructions

1. Open Comments > Pending, tap Review, and try Approve, Spam, Trash, and Skip. Check the completion counts and the updated list.
2. Try a failed request and close the sheet during moderation. Confirm that completed changes still reach the list.
3. Check parent comment layout and navigation in the regular detail screen.
