📚 Description

Three Settings problems came up while configuring the Cloudflare deployment.

• Repository names had to be typed. The GitHub repository fields now offer the repositories the GitHub App sees, and still accept a name typed by hand. They read a new private route, /api/installed-repositories, which the public ingress refuses like /api/configuration. The list comes from discovery at startup, so a repository added to the App appears after a restart. If the list fails to load, the field stays plain text.
• Tag inputs looked broken. The delete button had min-h-11 min-w-11, so its hover state was a 44px square that covered the next tag. It is now 24px, and its click area is still widened.
• Classification could not use Clef or a Workers AI token. The Clef models use a different wire than Jev: the model id sits in the path and the body is flat. advocaat now rewrites the request for @cf/cloudflare/clef, clef-flash and clef-omni. The Token file field wants a file path, which a Cloudflare deployment had no way to supply. The Container now saves the Workers AI token to /home/node/.config/wolfstar-github-agent/classification-token when a Workers AI login exists. The field hints name both the path and the models.

• After a push, tick Redraw to draw the latest commit
• Switch GitHub to dark mode and the diagrams follow. The moving dots are this pull request's data in motion
