📚 Description

The Cloudflare build failed at the image push: the registry timed out while committing one layer (failed to do request: Put ".../blobs/uploads/...": net/http: timeout awaiting response headers). The layers pushed before it stay on the registry, so deploy.sh now tries wrangler deploy up to three times and only resends what is missing.

The container install also skips wolfstar-github-edge, since the Worker is deployed from outside the image and doesn't need wrangler there. That only trims the layer a little: @openai/codex (~427 MB) and the Claude SDK (~224 MB) dominate it. If the timeout comes back, the next step is splitting the install layer in two.
