This PR documents the accountable local-agent workflow for EndNote DOCX conversion.
The agent must inspect the DOCX, recover safe citation mappings when automatic detection is incomplete, convert on a copy, and verify ZIP/XML integrity, field balance, and visible-text preservation before reporting completion. It must not stop at the first parsing error or invent bibliographic records.
The public repository link is intended for Codex, Claude Code, and Hermes workflows.
