README: replace ASCII banner with plugin icon and cleanup

Motivation

• Replace the large ASCII art banner in README.md with the project plugin icon for a cleaner, more professional repository landing and to reference the icon asset at src/main/resources/META-INF/pluginIcon.svg.

Description

• Updated README.md to remove the ASCII banner and centered an <img> tag referencing src/main/resources/META-INF/pluginIcon.svg, along with minor whitespace/formatting cleanup.

Testing

• No automated tests were run for this documentation-only change.
