feat: add upgrade guide for StudioCMS v0.6.0

This pull request adds documentation for upgrading to StudioCMS v0.6.0 and updates the v0.5.0 upgrade guide. The new v0.6.0 guide highlights breaking changes to the Plugin API and bug fixes, while the v0.5.0 guide is simplified by removing the "NEW" badge from its sidebar.
