Move the git-pinned asobi ref in rebar.lock to the current main HEAD each week and open a PR if it changed, so upstream fixes stop getting stranded behind a frozen lock.

Adds a scheduled workflow that runs
rebar3 upgrade asobiweekly and opens a PR when the pinned ref inrebar.lockhas moved.Closes the pin-drift gap (fix lands upstream but never reaches this repo because the locked git ref is frozen). The bump PRs are authored by github-actions, so they are not covered by dependabot-automerge — you review and merge them, since a pin bump can carry behavioural changes.
workflow_dispatchis enabled to run it on demand.
