The webpage now uses Next.js App Router and exports the home page, documentation overview and seven topics as static HTML for GitHub Pages. Direct documentation URLs survive reloads and contain English content before JavaScript runs. Existing hash bookmarks redirect to the new routes.

Preserve the design, ENG/ESP and theme controls, animations, dependency traces and separate generated reports. Add a safe static preview, normalize Next.js's Windows segment filenames, and verify published pages, payloads, bundles, curated inputs and licenses against their sources. Pages builds with its configured base path and publishes only site/out; CI tests both root and repository paths.

Remove Dependabot's update configuration at the maintainer's request. Automatic security-fix PRs were already disabled. Keep dependency auditing, the frozen lockfile, SHA-pinned Actions and maintainer approval requirements. All changes are in this one PR.

Validation on Windows with Node.js 24.15.0 and pnpm 12.10.1:

  • 144 Node tests passed; 2 live tests skipped without a disposable fixture DSN. The existing PostgreSQL 14-18 CI matrix remains required.
  • 73 browser tests passed at the root and 73 under /Database-Dependency-Migration-Visualizer, including exported HTML, navigation/reload, preferences, motion, report exports, licenses and failed-prefetch/hydration detection.
  • Both production builds and publication validation passed. All 18 curated artifacts matched byte-for-byte. Frozen installation passed and the audit reported no known advisories.
  • Reviewed desktop/mobile captures in light/dark and English/Spanish. Isolated npm and skill installation smoke checks passed. All 46 existing local release files remain unchanged.
  • Remote push and pull-request CI both passed on f413dbb57068d5c1e662cb6e6db8c3697f0038c6: the offline job and all five PostgreSQL catalog jobs. Linux CI also passed both complete browser suites and distribution smoke checks.

See migration validation and Pages instructions. Translation, saved preferences and interactive controls require JavaScript. Base paths require rebuilding; independent Next.js builds are not claimed to produce identical runtime bytes. No deployment or new release is included. Removing the update configuration takes effect after merge.

Replace the Vite entry point with Next.js App Router pages for the home page and seven documentation topics. Preserve the shared visual design, saved preferences, evidence traces, motion and standalone reports while supporting direct URLs and legacy bookmarks.

Add a loopback static preview, repository base-path handling, retained Next.js licensing and byte-checked publication tooling. Normalize the Windows segment export filenames without changing payload bytes, rejecting collisions before any move. Update screenshot tools and cover exported HTML, navigation, runtime requests, preview containment and publication boundaries.

Validate with 144 passing Node tests, 73 browser tests at the root and 73 at the repository prefix, unchanged deterministic examples, frozen installation, a clean dependency audit and isolated package installation smoke checks.
Build and validate both the root export and GitHub Pages repository prefix in the existing CI workflow. Configure Pages before building, pass its base path to Next.js and upload only the validated site/out directory. Preserve manual deployment, SHA-pinned Actions and the PostgreSQL service matrix.

Remove Dependabot's version-update configuration at the maintainer's request. Automatic security-fix PRs are already disabled remotely; retain frozen dependency installation and vulnerability auditing. Keep these changes in the same PR as the webpage migration and preserve required maintainer approval.
Update setup, contributor instructions and bilingual website documentation for Next.js, direct documentation routes and static GitHub Pages deployment. Explain build-time base paths, the Windows filename correction, manual dependency upgrades and the distinction between JavaScript interactions and exported English content.

Record local build, audit, browser, deterministic artifact, packaging and visual review results with their limits. Preserve immutable release assets and historical evaluation evidence; this work does not publish a release or deploy Pages.
