Promote the verified Clean Coding v1.1.0 import from #12 so the released Clean Workflow bundle includes the conflict-resolution and Code Builder / Functional Programming in Scala guidance alongside its issue and PR coordinator.
The only feature changes are the canonical Clean Coding skill and its recorded upstream tag, release ID, and commit. Imported content exactly matches upstream
7e81f84298cd2701c6cbcd2b10a79eadd1971f18; Clean Code Review remains unchanged.Validation: sync regression checks, all three skill validators, frontmatter identities, relative links, exact upstream-content checks, and whitespace checks passed. Copilot completed #12's exact-head review with no findings. Installed-plugin and controlled live PR/issue verification follow publication.
