docs(readme): show a real claude + codex board in the header capture - #77

The header block was a mock of two shell sessions, which undersold the point of the tool. Replace it with an actual capture of claude and codex running side by side in this repo, so the sidebar shows per-session model, context, and cost. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
