Summary
Automatically opening a system browser is an unwanted side effect when the dev server is started by coding agents, containers, or remote development environments. This PR removes
--openfrom the defaultdevscripts in all create-rsbuild templates, while developers can still opt in withrsbuild --openor theo + EnterCLI shortcut.
