Summary

Configured ESLint v9 flat config (\eslint.config.mjs) with \ ypescript-eslint.
Added \lint\ script to \package.json\ and \�un run format:check\ / \�un run lint\ steps to .github/workflows/ci.yml.
Cleaned up unused variables.

Verification

\�un run format:check\ passed 100% green.
\�un run lint\ passed 100% green.
\�un run typecheck\ passed 100% green.
\�un test\ passed 100% green.
