Step 5 of docs/RELEASING.md: 0.11.5 is on crates.io (termlens 01:07:57Z and termlens-cli 01:08:11Z on 2026-10-07, release run 37555116243, 25/25), so the semver gate now compares every pull request against it. One literal in ci.yml, and the same line in CONTRIBUTING §1, or gates-listed fails.
