Add
fallow auditto pull request checks to detect new unused code, duplication, and complexity findings. Thedonejob requires the audit to pass. Pin Fallow to3.33.1and fail only for new findings, so existing findings do not block pull requests.The configuration includes test and standalone script entry points. It excludes fixture projects, templates, and generated code to reduce false positives.
CONTRIBUTING.mdincludes the local audit command.
