This change includes a document that will help existing hyperscalers / hypervisors port their virtual machine APIs to KubeVM. The document tries to propose how to handle disambiguation between fields that are shared between the KubeVM API surface and the provider. While here, also include the SDD (Spec Driven Development) spec, plan and tasks files. Also update the one pager and the types with a minor miss.
