feat:

1. add a "Resume Pomodoro Timer" item
   In the timer management menu, add a "Resume Pomodoro Timer" item.
   When the Pomodoro timer is paused and you switch to other modes,
   clicking this item will resume it from the previous progress.
2. The Pomodoro timer supports unlimited cycles
3. clicking a period in the pomodoro timer menu navigates to that period instead of editing it.
4. Implement the coexistence of multiple window.

fix: display corruption while scrolling the Settings window with the mouse on Windows 11.
