Reshoot the screenshots on the 1.3.2 interface

The README hero and the landing page's only screenshot both showed the pre-1.3 UI: the two-row tab bar, the eighteen-control filter wall, and the "Dayly" typo. Anyone arriving at the repo or the site saw the interface the 1.3 work replaced.

• Reshot the two images that are actually referenced, from the current build on synthetic demo data.
• Added three that show what changed: the filter bar carrying a chip with every figure narrowed to that slice, the command palette, and the Tickets view.
• Deleted four screenshots that were referenced nowhere in the repo and showed the old UI. That is 1.4MB of images that could only ever misinform.

The filter screenshot was produced by driving the real + Filter flow with real mouse events, not by seeding state, so it doubles as a check that the flow works.

Every image carries its own DEMO DATA banner, and the README now says so once, because the honest version is better than a cropped one.

Net media size 3.1MB, down from 2.4MB plus the 1.8MB the new ones would have added on top. Documentation only, no version bump.
