Summary

• replace the placeholder README with an evidence-bounded English project page
• add manuscript system, Habitat, and simulation-to-real figures with provenance notes
• flatten the duplicate wrapper directory so setup commands run from the repository root
• remove non-portable Qdrant runtime databases and ignore generated artifacts
• replace machine-specific model paths with portable configuration loading
• add safer ZIP extraction, CLI backend validation, and a small retrieval update fix
• add repository checks, security guidance, and explicit third-party provenance boundaries
• move experiments and utilities into examples, scripts, and tools

Validation

• repository integrity and credential-pattern check passes
• edited Python entry points compile under Python 3.12; CI targets Python 3.10
• GitHub Markdown API renders the README successfully
• all three extracted figures were inspected at full resolution

Review gates before merge

• confirm the W&B credential exposed in earlier history has been revoked or rotated
• confirm permission and desired attribution for the aggregate upstream source and unresolved vendored components
• confirm that publishing anonymous-manuscript figures is compatible with the submission policy and image rights
