I take "speedBooster": "yes" as a standin for h_speedJump, so there needs to be something representing the blue suit effect in this strat too.
Treating the speedbooster requirement in entrance conditions might be something to look at again elsewhere too, to be sure they all work with split speed.

I dont recall exactly how it works. I'll ask Maddo to chime in.
I think the most likely scenarios are that h_blueJump is already implied by "speedBooster": "yes", or we have made errors elsewhere.
