…showcase The README hero moved to the 'Chasing Light' aurora photographer (Mira), but the character-consistency teaching examples still used the retired 'Nova' racing engineer — an internal contradiction. Migrate all examples (README character section, docs/projects.md cues, the full docs/ai-video-prompting.md playbook: character sheet, identity block, scene prompts, command paths) to Mira / the aurora piece so every surface tells one story.
