Add Labs status badges to README

Summary

• Add LABS EXPERIMENT using Shields for-the-badge styling and fixed black labels.
• Keep the badges inline in a single HTML paragraph: category, version/release, license, then monthly npm downloads where verified. Small screens wrap naturally; no forced line breaks.
• Preserve the existing README content and useful badges. No code, package, release, or repository-archive changes.

• git diff --check: passed.
• README-only diff and preservation of all other content: passed.
• GitHub Markdown API: rendered without forced <br> breaks.
• Browser layout: badges share one horizontal row at 1000px; 390px mobile layout wraps without viewport overflow. All badges are 28px high.
• License link and terms checked against the base branch.
• Full application builds and test suites are not claimed by these focused documentation checks. Review status does not imply that all CI checks have passed.

Review notes

• Version and downloads measure @native-sdk/cli. The runtime gate was not completed: scripts/gate.sh fast selects root Zig suites for README changes, beyond the focused documentation checks recorded here.

• The category badge now uses LABS as the left label and PRODUCT or EXPERIMENT as the bold right-hand value, matching the existing skills badge treatment. All other README content and badge links are preserved.
