Update readme to reflect current implementation#5

Rewrote readme to document all implemented features: HTTP layer (Router, Pipeline, Request/Response), DI container, TenantService lifecycle, RequestLifecycle for long-lived workers, both tenant resolvers, migration dry-run support, and the full boot sequence. Removed stale roadmap items (DI container and API layer are done). Content aligned with docs/ARCHITECTURE.md and docs/CONCEPT.md.
Import the Codecov signing key (27034E7F) before the upload step so the CLI binary can verify itself. Also set fail_ci_if_error: false so a transient Codecov outage cannot block a merge.
