Summary
Wire the Export dialog to actually export things. Adds a
thing-exporterservice that renders the sprite sheet and writes PNG/BMP/JPG/OBD files via the Electron file API. Also fixes a bug where exported images were garbled due to using the wrong transparency flag for SPR decompression.
