docs: add Canada student job search resource

Summary

• Adds Hanzilla Jobs to the PEY application-process section as an external Canada-specific student job-search resource.
• Points UTM students to the internships/co-ops page and Toronto/GTA location page for postings outside the PEY portal.

Why

The existing PEY guide is UTM/Canada-specific and mentions looking at internship resources. Hanzilla Jobs is a free daily-updated Canadian student/recent-grad board covering internships, co-ops, new-grad, junior, and entry-level roles across tech, finance, engineering, business, sciences, and other fields.

Disclosure: I maintain/build Hanzilla Jobs, so please feel free to reject or reword if this does not fit the CSSC resource guide.
