The atlas marketplace plugin dropped its standalone rucio-mcp/ami-mcp/ atlasopenmagic-mcp servers in favor of a single MCP server bundled with the af-uchicago plugin, backed by the AF MCP Platform (https://mcp.af.uchicago.edu/mcp). - Replace the old per-server MCP subsections with a plain-language explanation of what MCP buys a non-expert user, plus setup steps for the AF MCP Platform (install the plugin, link an identity, or mint a token for headless clients) - Update the atlas-data-explorer subagent description to reflect its CLI-based (not MCP-based) dataset discovery
