- Vendor immutable rtichoke_viz v0.9.0 release. - Add _decision_curve_times_v2_spec_from_performance_data canonical adapter. - Add renderer="plotly" default and browser/rtichoke_viz opt-in to create_decision_curve_times(). - Add unit and real browser acceptance tests.
