Summary

Expose the already-working canonical browser ReportSpec path through the existing public create_summary_report() API while preserving the historical R backend as the default.

  • adds explicit renderer="browser" opt-in
  • keeps renderer="r" as the default historical behavior
  • composes real production PerformanceTable, ROC-v2, and calibration-v2 specs
  • assembles them through _report_spec_from_components()
  • renders only through RtichokeBrowserReport / shared rtichoke_viz renderReport()
  • documents the opt-in path and output files
  • adds focused backward-compatibility and identity tests

No rtichoke_viz changes, no vendoring changes, no statistical changes, no Quarto/R-backend removal, and no browser default switch.
