Add two catalogue projects (ids 52, 53) to catalog-data.js: - id 52 — Participatory Learning & Practice (PLP) Lab Provider: Association for Parivartan of Nation (APNA) Theme: Governance & Policy. Green PLV model + community camps, training, local-leader engagement, workshops across Jharkhand. - id 53 — Project Thiruvanmiyur Mada Street Provider: Design Co:Lab Theme: Placemaking & Urban Ecology. ABCD-based public-realm reclamation campaign in Chennai; pilot funded by Socratus. Both sourced from partner-supplied catalogue docs. Images omitted (photos to follow separately). The two new catalogue entries (ids 52, 53) increase the /catalog/ page height, shifting its full-page screenshots. Regenerated the affected baselines inside the pinned Playwright Docker image via the Visual Regression workflow (update_snapshots), per CONTRIBUTING §6. Scope: only catalogue.spec + solution-providers.spec (which redirects into /catalog/). Communities baselines intentionally NOT regenerated — that test's diff is a pre-existing timing flake (search filter not applied within its 500ms wait), not an intended visual change.
