The wording asserted that the first entry is the latest release and is served when no version is given. That is false whenever the first entry is a manually parsed tag rather than a detected label, and it will stay false for every library until pinToLatestTag has a writer, because the default entry still tracks branch HEAD rather than a release. Keep the ordering guarantee and the advice not to pin unless asked, and say only what is true: omitting the version returns the most current docs.
