DX-3061: add Claude Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Sol/Luna, and fix Vercel Grok ids - #250

Claude Opus 5.5 shipped on 2026-09-22. Add its constants to every provider enum in the TypeScript and Python SDKs and to every CLI picker group that already lists Opus 5. OpenRouter and Vercel use the dotted claude-opus-5.5 id; Anthropic, OpenCode/Zen and Cursor use claude-opus-5-5. Vercel AI Gateway moved xAI models from the xai/ to the spacexai/ namespace, so the three VercelModel.Grok_* values no longer resolved. Repoint them and add the current gateway models: Grok 4.7, GPT-6 Sol, GPT-6 Luna and Gemini 3.8 Flash. GPT-6 Sol and Luna are also live on OpenAI direct, OpenRouter and Zen, so add them to OpenAICodex, OpenRouterModel and OpenCodeModel. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

SDK and CLI half of DX-3061. Adds Claude Opus 5.5 (released 2026-09-22), adds GPT-6 Sol / Luna, and fixes the Vercel AI Gateway Grok ids, which have been broken since the gateway moved xAI models to the
