Host-conditioned permanent redirect so the .me domain consolidates onto the new canonical origin. Subdomains (discord.uplbtools.me etc.) are untouched; only the apex and www hosts match.

Follow-up to #15: the canonical origin moved to https://www.uplb.tools, this makes the .me apex and www hosts 308 there, path and query preserved. Subdomains unaffected.
