Add private history masking and align controls

Summary

• align Appearance and History settings controls, including equal-width relative-time popups
• execute the configured timestamp shortcut without pasting and keep controls editable while disabled
• add editable timed Pin duration and move PIN badges to the left
• add per-item Hide/Show masking from context menu, long press, and timestamp actions

• targeted tests: 34 passed
• full tests: 69 passed
