Fix visible history count input alignment

Summary

• replace the static Visible history value with an editable numeric field
• place the field to the left of its stepper, matching Pin duration
• synchronize typed values, stepper state, defaults, cleanup, and refresh
• add layout and action-wiring regression coverage
