Release 1-9 predate public release notes. Add a short stub page for each so the sidebar entries resolve to real routes (no 404) and render with the same plain backdrop as Release 10-12, each pointing back to the releases overview. Signed-off-by: Jerome Jaggi <jerome@unikraft.io>
