Remove "Bypass ad blockers" page #9

Description

@solonovamax

If users choose to enable an ad block list that blocks anything with the word "analytics" or "umami", then you should respect their decision.

Yes, it is technologically feasible to work around this and do it anyways and users who really want to will find a way to do this regardless of whether it is documented or not. There is no reasonable way to stop people from doing this.
But by including it in the documentation, you are encouraging people disregarding peoples' decisions on whether or not to block analytics & tracking.

By including this section on bypassing ad blockers, you are signaling that you are fine with your users violating others' expectation to privacy.

I had honestly considered using umami until I saw this. And unless this is removed, I will not be using it.
