Space could not close a turn: watch never came back, reply looked like a rewrite, and status stored a mid-turn note. Send effort/fast on launch, treat reply as a new POST /runs, and return messages, artifacts, and a session-targeted notify. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Outcome
Follow-up posts a new run on the same Cloud agent. Status returns the run result, messages, and short-lived artifact refs. Watch notifies the session that launched the run and refreshes the local agent ledger.
Changes
Launch sends effort and fast as model parameters. Reply rejects a model change. Status and watch read the run; the waiter is not the transcript.
Acceptance
git checkout feat/cloud-followup-status-watch npm test npm run plugin:buildExpect the test suite to pass and the plugin manifest to build. On a gateway loading this build, a new chat can launch, read a finished run's result from status, and reply with a new run id. Setting effort on reply fails closed.
