Adds two header buttons to the published docs:
The repo button is a template override (
overrides/partials/source.html) because the theme's own partial always prints a repo name and has no menu. The palette toggle is plain zensical config.extra.cssplaces the two buttons left of search and keeps search where it sat before.Also exercises the Pages deploy on merge.
