…ent_id directories and their new client_id symlink kompliment. This causes the grid_transfers to handle the same transfer twice which we don't want to happen. This ensure that we only manage transfers that are loaded from a real client_id directory

Approved. Looks fine apart from a minor issue with excessive line lengths as the style checker warns about . Please try to keep it to max 80.

Ensures that we only pick up transfers from the real configuration.user_settings client_id directory and not their symlink counterpart that establishes their new UUID client_id format. This should resolve the transfer duplication issue
#691 with grid_transfer.py as reported by AU. This has been tested on the development system
