[24.11.0] Incorrect Version and GIT Tag for 25.11.0?

Oooof. If only we had a release process that didn't require manually typing the version number, as apparently I'm incapable of that. 😓

It was a while ago, but I'm guessing that this happened because Incremental's default workflow forces an intermediary release candidate (like the Twisted release process requires), has you run:

incremental update --rc
incremental update

I didn't want to type it twice (d'oh) and so I did:

incremental update --newversion 25.11.0

Except, of course, I typo'd 25 to 24. I must have then run:

towncrier build --version 25.11.0

Which was silly, as towncrier would have picked up a matching version by default. Perhaps I ran that first? I'm kinda baffled. I must have repeated the 24 → 25 typo when running git tag too.

Anyway, the moral of this story is that I need to write a release script. I will also issue a real 25.11.0 release with the same content (but updated version number) as 24.11.0, and add an appropriate note to the changelog.

Sorry for the delay on this — I haven't had much time for OSS lately; I'm mostly just watching for security issues!
