Spotted by #42487 while looking at the deprecated
.modal-backdropclass.This PR removes legacy Backdrop utility and align migration docs with v6 Dialog behavior.
This PR deletes the unused util/backdrop helper, since Dialog/Drawer now rely on native
<dialog>+::backdrop. It also updates migration docs to reflect this cleanup and corrects the dialog-open body-scroll note to match the current implementation.
