Summary

update bundled SIDScore CLI jar from 0.7.1 to 0.7.2
update Theia extension and Electron packaging references to the new jar name
include the SIDScore inline subtune source-map fix from Map inline subtune playback to source spans SIDScore#11

Tests

mvn -f ../SIDScore/net.resheim.sidscore/pom.xml package
npm run build --workspace @commodore-commander/theia-extension
node --test packages/theia-extension/lib/test/sidscore-launch.test.js

Depends on turesheim/SIDScore#11.
