Dispatch and Heyash can now share the public chat, settings, form and connection components plus framework-neutral prompt, upload, session, catalog and provider-setup workflows. Dispatch uses these components in its actual screens; Heyash branding stays in the host.
Retire capability-proposal clients in favor of native permission-controlled operations and mandatory Tilde resource skills. Update the generated SDK against the companion API contracts, preserving wallet and custom-provider APIs.
Validation: full workspace check/build and package/CLI verification pass; runtime 174 tests and UI 78 tests pass. SDK build/tests, settings browser workflows and connector/gallery Storybook checks pass. Companion public documentation: trytilde/docs#38.
Requires the companion API release and agent-bundle reconciliation. No package publication or manual deployment is included.
