vec0 only consumes rowid IN (...) in a KNN plan; DeleteFile and clearFileContent fell back to a fullscan of every vector per file. rowid = ? is a point lookup. DeleteFile now deletes chunks_fts first so the id read still runs after the transaction's first write. The test pins the plan.
