Summary

• Add docs/demo-inventory.md classifying every apps/* entry (already-primary | upgrade | retire) with rationale and follow-up ticket-ids.
• Create six Project 2 Future follow-up tickets (3 retire + 3 upgrade) with Spec + DoD.
• Point README extra-demos section at the inventory while actions are pending.
