- pipeline_commands: new get_active_build_run_cmd exposes the in-flight (or paused) run for a project path, using the existing find_resumable_run. build_app_cmd only returns when the pipeline finishes, so the UI previously had no way to know the run id in time to cancel. - BuildApp: poll the active run while building, show Cancel (calls cancel_build_app_cmd, honoured between stages and by the supervisor's cancel check), and offer Resume for a paused run (awaiting_user/cancelled) via resume_build_app_cmd. - IPC: register getActiveBuildRun; regenerate ipc-unused snapshot (cancel/resume are now genuinely used). - tests: BuildApp cancel flow; web suite 341. Gates: Rust 185 lib + 42 integration; Web 341; tsc/lint clean.

Follow-up to #7. Adds the missing cancel/resume capability and records the multi-agent acceptance run.
Cancel / Resume from the app
get_active_build_run_cmd(project_path)exposes the in-flight (or paused) run.build_app_cmdonly returns when the pipeline finishes, so the UI had no way to learn therun_idin time to cancel — this closes that gap using the existingfind_resumable_run.BuildAppnow polls the active run while building, shows Cancel (callscancel_build_app_cmd, honoured between stages and by the supervisor'scancel_checkevery poll), and offers Resume for a paused run (awaiting_user/cancelled) viaresume_build_app_cmd.ipc-unusedsnapshot deliberately (cancel/resume are now genuinely used). Added a BuildApp cancel-flow test.Multi-agent acceptance run
The real pipeline test now drives two concurrent agents (independent steps in their own worktrees). Result: both
status=donewith schema-valid handoffs (950 / 702 bytes, all six sections), each writing its own file + test, verification passed, deploy + Dockerfile — 45 s total.Gates

Cost accounting (M9 — agents' cost is never populated, so the cap cannot trigger), real
vercel/Supabase proof, andAgentAdapter::spawnstill receives arbitrary strings from the Runner page (pipeline itself now sends a constant pointer prompt).
