For a hydrologist comparing two aligned records. Computes the z-score residual, the Theil-Sen slope, and a Mann-Kendall test with Hamed-Rao variance. Reads one WaterML 2.0 or TimeseriesML 1.0 measurement series. Categorical, domain-range, and TimeseriesML 1.2 and 1.3 are refused. Not a basin study and not a permit.
