This project presents an Integer Linear Programming (ILP) and Discrete Event Simulation model to optimize nurse workforce scheduling in a healthcare call centre. The model is implemented in Excel Solver and simulated in SIMUL8 to evaluate queue performance and nurse utilization.
Created multiple simulation models on SIMUL8 software for a theater company to modify number of staff members, starting times, kiosks, and guest arrivals in order to maximize the number of customers as well as maximize profits for the theater.
