A Python-based tool for modeling optical photolithography
Java API to perform for image registration using control points (landmarks). Supports rigid transforms and affine transforms. Decouples matrix computation from API, so use of different Java matrix computation libraries is possible.
PolyHatch is an AutoCAD script written in lisp language to automate a basic photolithography photomask verification. The purpose of this scrip is to look for closed polylines within a given selection of drawings in a list of layers and hatch them.
WaferCAD is a browser-based Visual Process CAD and geometric process emulator for mask-driven micro- and nanofabrication. It is positioned between layout viewers/static 2.5D layer extruders and physics-based process TCAD: the goal is rapid, interactive construction and inspection of process topology without implying predictive fabrication physics.
A Codex skill for designing semiconductor photomasks with Python and gdstk: parameterized GDSII geometry, labels, alignment marks, arrays, and validation.
